The 2008 GA/SC Movers’ Conference is headquartered at
the Crowe Plaza at Hilton Head, South Carolina. The resort offers
championship golf, tennis, Fitness Center, on-site shopping, and
many other outstanding and impressive amenities.

A room block is available for the 2008 GA/SC Movers’ Convention
with a special room rate of $159.00 plus $12.00 resort fee for
both single and double rooms.
Important Note: Hotel reservations must be received
on or before August 4, 2008 (the hotel cut-ff date). Reservations
for the event will be accepted after the cut-off date at the group
rate based on space and rate availability. Should the block of
rooms be filled before the cut-off date, prevailing rates may
apply.

Activities and Entertainment
What’s business without a little pleasure?
Attendees of this year’s Georgia/South Carolina Movers’
Conference will experience it all - the most up-to-date information
regarding the moving industry, the best networking and the best
recreation and entertainment. Friday’s schedule includes
an afternoon of challenge and business on the golf course with
a Golf Scramble at one of the resort’s signature golf courses.
To participate in this activity, just fill out the “golf
tournament” section of the enclosed registration form.
You’ll enjoy delicious food throughout the conference, including
a wonderful banquet on Saturday evening! Friday evening’s
event will certainly be a crowd-pleaser as well!
Conference Attire: Attire for the conference
is resort casual for Thursday through Saturday afternoon and cocktail
for Saturday evening.
Babysitting Information: The Crowe Plaza will
provide babysitting services and children’s activities during
the scheduled events of the conference. Please indicate on the
registration form whether or not you intend to use theseservices.
